This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use 4ever.co.in, our cycle tracker and community.
Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash) or your Google sign-in profile.
Order details: shipping address, order history, subscription preferences and Bloom Points balance. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card or UPI details.
Cycle tracker data: period dates, flow, mood, energy and symptoms you choose to log. This is sensitive health information and is treated with the highest level of care.
Community content: posts and replies you share. You may post anonymously.
Technical data: device, browser, IP address and usage analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.
To process and deliver orders, manage subscriptions and time tracker-synced deliveries; to provide cycle predictions and the AI Cycle Coach; to moderate the community; to award and redeem Bloom Points; to send order updates and, only with your consent, marketing messages; and to comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your personal data. Your cycle data is never used for advertising and never shared with advertisers.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and for legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, to nominate another person to exercise your rights, and to raise a grievance. Write to ecom@nasibdar.com and we will respond within the timelines required by law.
We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate — courier and logistics partners, payment gateways, cloud hosting, email/SMS providers and AI service providers that power the Cycle Coach. They are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order or a government authority.
Your data is encrypted in transit and protected with industry-standard safeguards in line with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
