These Terms of Service govern your use of 4ever.co.in and all 4ever services, operated by NASIBDAR CONSUMER PRODUCTS LLP, 3rd Floor, Office no 44, 179 Commercial Chamber, Yusuf Meherali Road, Masjid Bunder West, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400003. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately; if an error occurs we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Product images are for illustration. Our products are hygiene products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. We accept prepaid payments through our payment partners and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
We ship across India. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express delivery (1–2 days, ₹99) is available in most metro cities. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
As intimate hygiene products, items can be returned only if unopened and sealed, within 7 days of delivery. Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen frequency at the discounted price shown. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account before the next dispatch, with no penalty.
Bloom Points are loyalty rewards with no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or returned. We may modify the programme with notice.
Cycle predictions and AI Cycle Coach suggestions are for general wellness information only and are not medical advice. They must not be used as contraception or to diagnose any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Be kind and respectful. Do not post content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading medical advice, spam or that violates anyone's privacy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these guidelines. You retain ownership of what you post but grant us a licence to display it on 4ever.
All content, branding, logos and designs on 4ever are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt.
